With his big eyes, cute button nose, and slow deliberate movement, the Slow Loris is just about the cutest wild animal you can come across. This nocturnal creature has opposable thumbs and will slowly nibble on fruits that it grasps with a deadly grip… And as much as you want to take a Slow Loris home to love and keep, they should never be made into household pets. Bummer.

Scratching posts are unsightly – which is why this curvy scratcher, with it’s unconventional looks, is perfect for the living room (we keep ours under a side table). This scratcher has become a play-thing, scratching-thing, and a laying-around at all hours of the day thing. And that’s really the only problem – since the kitties tear up every part of the scratching surface (not just the sisal), we’re on our second one after about a year of use. But hey, the curvy scratcher is cheap enough.. and being guaranteed that the cats will like it always makes it worth it!
