Inhae Renee Lee, a California artist, does an amazing job choreographing two little teeth, Ickle and Lardee, in their delightful adventures. Subtle humor permeates the light-hearted photo stories that include bath-time, hopelessly vying for attention, midnight snacks, cheering up a sad plant, being greedy with ice cream, and exploring the outside world. Here are some of my favorites:

Pylones (pronounced pee-lone) has stores in Paris and five locations in NY filled with brilliantly colorful items. Browsing Pylones is like rediscovering your childhood – your eyes and hands are drawn to all the flashy toys and the staff doesn’t mind you manhandling everything on display. I circled the store twice and definitely found items I would buy if I wasn’t such a cheapskate..
